A. Are they insured?
B. Do they have a licensed kitchen?
C. Do they have workers comp.?
D. Are they with the BBB?
E. Can they provide tasting?
F. Servings per person?

If not.... then buyer beware.

You get what you pay for. Insist on seeing documentation. Would you hire an un-licensed contractor to build your home? Then why expose your "friends" or guests to a "ran out of the garage" deal?
